Emirates is set to significantly increase air cargo capacity between the Middle East and the Philippines by adding four additional weekly services between Dubai and Manila from 2 April.
The additional flights will be operated using Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, each offering up to 20 tonnes of bellyhold cargo capacity alongside passenger traffic. The move will substantially raise freight capacity on the route, supporting growing trade flows between the Philippines and key global markets.
Under the expanded schedule, flight EK330 will depart Dubai on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, arriving in Manila the following day. The return service, EK331, will depart Manila later the same day and arrive back in Dubai. All times are local.
Emirates said the increased frequency will strengthen both import and export connectivity between Manila and its Dubai hub, while also improving onward access to major cargo markets across Europe, the United States and the Indian subcontinent.
The capacity expansion follows the recent signing of a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the United Arab Emirates and the Philippines, aimed at enhancing bilateral trade and investment.
With established cargo and passenger operations in Manila, as well as in Cebu and Clark, Emirates continues to position itself to support rising air freight demand as commercial ties between the two countries deepen.
