Virgin Atlantic Cargo Partners with CargoAi to Expand Global Digital Booking Capabilities

Virgin Atlantic Cargo has announced a strategic partnership with CargoAi, the leading digital enabler in the airfreight industry, marking a major step forward in its ongoing digital transformation journey.

The collaboration enhances Virgin Atlantic Cargo’s commitment to providing innovative, customer-focused digital solutions, giving freight forwarders around the world seamless, real-time access to the airline’s capacity and services through CargoAi’s booking platforms.

Through this integration, freight forwarders can now book Virgin Atlantic Cargo’s global network across key markets — including the UAE, Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, the UK, the US, Ireland, India, the Netherlands, and South Africa — directly via CargoAi’s digital ecosystem.

Initially covering General Cargo shipments up to 5,000 kg, the service will soon expand to include Pharma and Fresh products, extending Virgin Atlantic Cargo’s digital offering across multiple product verticals.

With access to more than 23,000 freight forwarders worldwide, the integration delivers real-time rates, live capacity, and instant eBooking, available through CargoMART — CargoAi’s marketplace — or via direct connections to leading Transport Management Systems (TMS).

This partnership supports Virgin Atlantic Cargo’s long-term digital strategy, reinforcing its goal to deliver greater transparency, efficiency, and flexibility for customers while driving industry innovation.
