Uzbek cargo airline My Freighter has launched a new route connecting Tashkent with the Chinese city of Hangzhou, marking a significant step in strengthening trade and logistics ties between Uzbekistan and China.
The service will operate up to five times per week, offering a stable and efficient air freight link tailored to support high-demand sectors such as e-commerce, textiles, consumer electronics, and other industries reliant on Chinese supply chains.
Hangzhou, one of China’s leading manufacturing and logistics centres, is seen as a strategic addition to My Freighter’s growing international network.
The new route is expected to boost bilateral trade and provide businesses with improved access to reliable and time-sensitive cargo services.
My Freighter said the expansion aligns with its broader strategy to increase cargo volumes on high-priority routes while continuing to build its global presence.
The airline is offering clients flexible logistics solutions to meet evolving market needs.
This latest development underscores Uzbekistan’s growing role in regional air cargo and its ambition to become a key logistics hub for Central Asia.
