WestJet Cargo has promoted Sabir Ebrahim to the role of Head of Cargo Operations, effective June 1, 2025. In his first 100 days, Ebrahim has already made a strong impact by leading collaborative initiatives with colleagues, service partners, and customers—delivering measurable efficiency gains and reinforcing WestJet Cargo’s commitment to operational excellence.
Described as collaborative, driven, and people-focused, Ebrahim brings a wealth of experience in both cargo pricing and operations. His new role encompasses ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day cargo operations, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and compliance.
