The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has appointed Fowler Wang as its new Regional Representative – China, further reinforcing the Association’s presence and engagement in one of the world’s most critical air cargo markets.
With more than 20 years of experience across air cargo, logistics, sales management, and event leadership, Wang has played a central role in shaping China’s air cargo industry.
As Founder and CEO of Summit Asia Events, he built the China Cargo Summit into the country’s leading air cargo conference—recognized globally as a premier platform for knowledge exchange, innovation showcase, and strategic networking.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Wang leveraged his extensive industry network to manage over 1,000 international cargo charter flights across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. His expertise spans the end-to-end setup of cargo airlines, air rights applications, airport coordination, and freight forwarding operations.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at NCR, driving aviation self-service solutions to capture more than 60% of the Chinese market, and at a Fortune 500 U.S. sourcing company in technology leadership.
