Tata Consultancy Services and Swissport International Renew Partnership for Five More Years

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Swissport International have extended and expanded their long-running partnership by a further five years, with the renewed agreement centred on digital innovation, operational excellence and technology transformation across Swissport’s global business.

The deal builds on a collaboration spanning more than a decade and signals a stronger focus on modernising Swissport’s technology environment as the aviation services provider adapts to a rapidly changing operating landscape.


Focus on AI, Data Platforms and Cloud Modernisation

Under the expanded agreement, TCS will support the continued evolution of Swissport’s technology landscape by scaling AI-enabled services, data platforms and hybrid cloud operations.

The partnership is aimed at helping Swissport improve resilience, strengthen service delivery and build a more agile digital operating model across its worldwide ground handling and airport services activities.

TCS said it will use AI-driven capabilities to enhance IT service operations, support operational continuity and improve the employee experience across mission-critical environments.
