Luggage Logistics, the baggage and ULD management specialist operating in more than 250 airports globally, has officially launched the Aviation Message Core – a powerful new messaging hub that’s already live with multiple customers and is changing the way the industry manages operational data.
Built to bring clarity, efficiency and control to aviation messaging, the Aviation Message Core (AMC) helps airports, airlines and ground handlers tackle rising costs and outdated legacy systems head-on.
Designed for baggage, but capable of much more, it acts as a central nervous system for all key operational messages – providing accurate, real-time data that improves decision-making and reduces mishandling.
AMC handles all IATA-standard baggage messages, including BSMs, BPMs, BUMs, plus CPMs and LDMs, alongside load, cargo and flight information.
By consolidating message handling in one intelligent hub, it eliminates data silos, boosts visibility and significantly improves accuracy.
It offers a clear path away from expensive Type B messaging. By replacing legacy infrastructure with a modern, high-performance system, customers can expect substantial cost savings without compromising reliability or integration.
AMC works seamlessly with existing DCS, BHS, BRS and AODB systems and is fully scalable – equally effective in small regional airports and large international hubs.
It also supports distribution of the latest IATA BIX (Baggage Information Exchange) format as standard, making it a future-proof investment for operational messaging.
Adam Dalby, CEO of Luggage Logistics, said: “In today’s fast-moving aviation environment, operational accuracy and cost control are non-negotiable.
“The Aviation Message Core has been built to solve both – and it’s already delivering results.
“We’re proud to see early adopters using the platform to manage their baggage messaging more efficiently, with measurable improvements in performance and passenger experience.”
This latest launch reflects Luggage Logistics’ ongoing mission to provide practical, future-ready technology that helps the aviation sector run more smoothly from apron to arrival, the company said.
