Applications for the cargo division of International Airlines Group’s (IAG Cargo) 2026 graduate programme are now open. The programme offers participants hands-on experience across several key areas of the business. This includes logistics, data, and a newly-introduced commercial stream.
The company will run the programme for two years at its London Heathrow hub. It will equip graduates to build successful careers in the air cargo industry.
“Our graduate programme continues to play a vital role in developing the next generation of talent in logistics and aviation,” said Caroline Andrews, chief customer and people officer at IAG Cargo. “We are pleased to expand the programme in 2026, further developing it to reflect the evolving needs of both our business and the wider industry.”
It offers a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, and discounted flights among other benefits.
The majority of graduates from IAG Cargo’s 2023 and 2024 programme are now in full-time roles across the IAG Group.
“The programme has a proven track record of success, with more than two thirds of graduates from our 2023 and 2024 intakes having already progressed into full-time roles across the business,” said Andrews. “We look forward to welcoming a new cohort of ambitious graduates.”
British Airways World Cargo and Iberia Cargo merged in April 2011 to form IAG Cargo. Following the integration of additional airlines into the business, IAG Cargo now covers a global network covering six continents. It has a combined workforce of more than 2,250 people.
Applications for the 2026 graduate programme close on the 1 January 2026.
