HAE Group has announced the appointment of Conan Busby as Director of its UK General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA) division, effective from 1 March 2026.
The company said Mr Busby brings more than 20 years of air cargo experience across commercial leadership, operations and strategic development within the UK market.
He joined HAE Group in 2023 as Cargo Sales Manager for the South UK, where the company said he delivered consistent growth across a portfolio of airline customers.
Strengthening UK GSSA operations
HAE Group said Mr Busby’s knowledge of the UK air freight landscape and commercially focused approach would support the next phase of development for its UK GSSA business.
GSSAs act as outsourced sales and marketing representatives for airlines, managing cargo capacity sales, customer relationships and revenue performance in specific markets.
The appointment comes at a time of continued change in the UK air cargo sector, with forwarders and airlines adapting to evolving demand patterns and network shifts.
