Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl), Hong Kong’s largest independent cargo handler, has been named Air Cargo Terminal Operator of the Year and Supply Chain Innovator of the Year (Smart Terminal) at the Supply Chain Asia Awards 2025.
The dual accolades recognise Hactl’s excellence in operational performance, innovation, sustainability, and contribution to the logistics and air cargo industry.
Hactl secured the Air Cargo Terminal Operator of the Year award for its exceptional achievements across key areas including operational excellence, customer satisfaction, innovation and modernisation, sustainability and ethics, market growth, and strategic partnerships.
In the Supply Chain Innovator of the Year (Smart Terminal) category, Hactl was recognised for its pioneering approach to automation and digital transformation — particularly through the deployment of a 5G private network enabling real-time, data-driven automation across its operations. The judges also highlighted the scalability, sustainability, and business impact of Hactl’s smart terminal initiatives.
