FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) has announced the appointment of Kawal Preet as Executive Vice President, Planning, Engineering, and Transformation, effective October 1, 2025. In her new role, Preet will report directly to Raj Subramaniam, President and Chief Executive Officer of FedEx Corporation, and join the company’s Executive Committee.
Preet, who previously served as Regional President for Asia Pacific (APAC), brings nearly three decades of experience in operations, planning, and engineering. Since assuming leadership of APAC in 2020, she has guided the region through significant transformation, driving growth and operational resilience amid evolving global market conditions.
As head of the Transformation Office, Preet will oversee the company’s DRIVE framework, a key enabler of FedEx’s long-term business strategy. Her responsibilities will include steering global planning and engineering functions, ensuring cohesive network integration and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
