Alongside the control centre, Etihad Cargo has introduced a new digital dashboard, giving customers full visibility through a secure web and mobile interface. Features include:
- Real-time tracking by AWB, origin, destination, or product type
- Proactive SLA and milestone notifications
- Custody chain insights before and after Etihad Cargo handling
- Alerts for geofence violations and temperature excursions
Powered by Innovation
Developed in partnership with Tag-N-Trac, SmartTrack integrates seamlessly with booking data and sensor events to deliver a smooth customer experience.
Stanislas Brun, Chief Cargo Officer at Etihad Airways, said:
“SmartTrack marks a major step forward in the way we support our customers. By combining simplicity, intelligence and automation, we’re providing confidence and control over shipments, while setting a new industry benchmark for transparency.”
