ECS Group has signed a strategic, multiyear General Sales Agent (GSA) agreement with Royal Jordanian Airlines, marking a significant milestone in the carrier’s commercial expansion across North America.
Effective January 10, 2026, ECS Group—through its U.S. subsidiary Globe Air Cargo (GAC)—will assume full cargo sales representation for Royal Jordanian at Chicago O’Hare (ORD) and Detroit (DTW). The partnership positions ECS Group as Royal Jordanian’s key commercial partner across these major U.S. gateways.
Under the new mandate, GAC will market substantial cargo capacity on Royal Jordanian’s Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner services, providing U.S. exporters with fast and reliable access to Amman (AMM) and seamless onward connectivity across the airline’s widebody and freighter network. Commercial efforts will focus on priority markets including Tripoli (TIP), Damascus (DAM), Jeddah (JED), Beirut (BEY), Cairo (CAI), Istanbul (IST), Dubai (DXB) and Bangkok (BKK), where ECS Group is well positioned to support sustained growth.
The agreement covers full GSA services, supported by ECS Group’s integrated technology ecosystem. Customers will benefit from seamless digital booking, advanced pricing intelligence and real-time shipment visibility.
