AGI Cargo expands US footprint with Jetstream Ground Services acquisition

Share

Ground handling and cargo services provider AGI Cargo has acquired Jetstream Ground Services, expanding its cargo warehouse network across three US airports.

The deal adds new cargo operations at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), Providence T.F. Green International Airport (PVD) and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), strengthening AGI’s presence in key regional markets.

AGI said the acquisition enhances its position as a one-stop provider of ground handling and air cargo services, increasing capacity, geographic reach and service integration across North America.

The expanded network will support airlines, freight forwarders and airport partners by offering more seamless, end-to-end cargo solutions, as demand for efficient ground handling and warehouse services continues to grow.

AGI also confirmed that Jetstream’s existing team will join the company as part of the transaction, helping to ensure continuity of service while supporting future growth.

The move underlines AGI Cargo’s strategy of expanding its US cargo infrastructure through targeted acquisitions, as competition intensifies among ground handlers to provide scalable and integrated cargo services.
