Çelebi Aviation has reinforced its commitment to employee development with an international achievement.
Through its Global Frontline Leadership Development Journey programme, the company won the Gold Medal in the Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders category at the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards 2025, one of the world’s most prestigious human resources recognition platforms.
With over 65 years of experience, Çelebi Aviation continues to provide ground handling and cargo services across three continents.
Through its Global Frontline Leadership Development Journey program, the company was awarded the Gold Medal at the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards, one of the world’s most prestigious awards in human resources and leadership development.
Launched in 2023 and designed and implemented by the Çelebi Aviation Academy, the programme has reached 745 managers from Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Tanzania and Turkey where Çelebi Aviation operates.
Participants enhanced their leadership skills through combination of classroom training, e-learning modules, coaching support, and interactive applications.
Supported by 18 international trainers and executives, the programme reflects Çelebi’s employee-focused approach and its global leadership vision.
Participant satisfaction at 98%
The results of the Global Frontline Leadership Development Journey program have been remarkable.
Participant satisfaction reached 98%, while behavior change achieved a 95% success rate.
In regions with high workforce turnover, employee attrition decreased by 9%, and manager engagement scores increased by 5%.
Within the first 30 days, 90% of participants began applying their new skills, positively impacting 16,000 Çelebi employees.
