My Freighter launches services at Maastricht Aachen Airport

Uzbekistan-based cargo airline My Freighter has begun operating scheduled flights to Maastricht Aachen Airport (MST) in the Netherlands, targeting e-commerce, automotive, general cargo and the flower trade.

The Tashkent-hubbed airline will run two weekly services using a Boeing 767-300 freighter, MST announced on 20 August.

The inaugural flight was welcomed with a traditional water salute.

The new route connects Shanghai Pudong (PVG), Tashkent (TAS), Almaty (ALA) in Kazakhstan and Maastricht, strengthening the carrier’s growing presence in Europe.

It comes just weeks after My Freighter added Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS) to its network, launching twice-weekly flights from Shanghai via Tashkent.

In July, the airline also carried out its first flight from Tashkent to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH) in eastern China.

The airline formally launched scheduled cargo operations this summer, positioning itself to tap into fast-growing Asia-Europe trade flows.
