MY FREIGHTER Secures UK Aviation Security Approval, Strengthening Europe Network

Uzbekistan-based cargo airline My Freighter has received UK aviation security approval, opening the way for the carrier to operate compliant air cargo services between its Tashkent hub and the United Kingdom.

The airline has secured ACC3 designation from the UK Government, confirming that its cargo security procedures meet the required aviation security standards for shipments entering the UK.

My Freighter, part of Uzbekistan’s Centrum Holding, said the approval represents an important step in its efforts to strengthen air freight connectivity between Asia and Europe. The carrier describes itself as the largest dedicated air cargo airline in Central Asia.

The designation is expected to enable My Freighter to offer secure cargo services to the UK, providing freight forwarders and shippers in Uzbekistan and surrounding markets with an additional option for moving goods between Central Asia and the UK.

My Freighter continues European expansion

The UK approval comes as My Freighter continues to expand its international network throughout 2026.

The airline has recently increased its presence in Europe, including services connecting Hong Kong with Maastricht Aachen Airport in the Netherlands via Tashkent International Airport. It also operates services linking Asian markets with Frankfurt and has increased frequencies at Liège Airport in Belgium.

Earlier in October, My Freighter further expanded its fleet with the addition of a Boeing 767 freighter. The aircraft is expected to provide additional capacity and operational flexibility, supporting the movement of imports and exports through Tashkent while strengthening the carrier’s links between Asian and European markets.

With UK aviation security approval now secured, My Freighter has another opportunity to broaden its European network and provide freight forwarders with additional options for moving cargo between Central Asia, Asia and the UK.
