Under the new agreement, Unilode will manage the entire American Airlines Cargo ULD fleet, delivering comprehensive repair, maintenance, and digitalisation solutions designed to strengthen operational efficiency and reliability.

To ensure a seamless transition, Unilode implemented a customised onboarding programme, including roadshows across the United States and globally, providing hands-on training and information sessions well ahead of the partnership’s launch.
In addition, Unilode has established a dedicated American Airlines Cargo Customer Success Team, based in Dallas–Fort Worth and supported worldwide, offering 24/7 service coverage and customer-specific solutions. This team will work closely with American Airlines Cargo to drive continuous improvement and innovation across its ULD operations.
