México Cargo Handling Adopts Kale’s GALAXY System to Drive Digital Transformation at Mexico City Airport

In a strategic move toward digitalization, México Cargo Handling has partnered with logistics SaaS provider Kale Info Solutions to implement the GALAXY air cargo community system at Mexico City Airport.

The cloud-based GALAXY platform, already in operation at over 120 airports globally, will modernize México Cargo Handling’s export, import, and transit processes by digitizing shipment data and streamlining cargo operations. According to Kale, the system provides real-time visibility for all stakeholders and eliminates the risk of discrepancies caused by paper-based documentation.

One of the key benefits of the GALAXY system is its end-to-end digital workflow. Even warehouse operators will be equipped with handheld devices, enabling a completely paperless cargo handling process.

“At México Cargo Handling, we are investing in digital innovation to deliver greater value to our customers,” said Mathilde de Rocquigny, Chief Executive of México Cargo Handling. “Partnering with Kale allows us to establish the digital infrastructure needed to improve efficiency, sustainability, and transparency for our clients.”

Amar More, President of Kale Info Solutions, emphasized the broader impact of the technology:
“Today’s airport cargo ground handlers need to enhance customer experience, build operational excellence, and free up their teams from repetitive tasks to focus on higher-value initiatives. That’s exactly what GALAXY helps achieve.”

This implementation marks a significant milestone in México Cargo Handling’s digital transformation journey and underscores its commitment to delivering smarter, more connected logistics solutions.
