IAG CARGO earns Top Employer recognition for third year running

IAG Cargo, the cargo division of International Airlines Group (IAG), has been named a Top Employer in the UK for a third consecutive year.

This recognition reflects IAG Cargo’s long-term ambition to build an industry-leading workplace, which is supported by a consistent commitment to invest in people, foster inclusion and drive innovation.

Awarded by the Top Employers Institute, the certification is only granted following a rigorous evaluation of company policies and practices across six key domains: People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing.

In securing this honour for the third consecutive year, IAG Cargo has reaffirmed its commitment to exceeding industry standards, shaping the future of work, and strengthening its culture.

Over the past year, the organisation has continued to foster an inclusive, high-performing environment through a series of impactful initiatives.

These include the expansion of its Leading the Way development programme with new modules to reinforce the leadership pipeline, alongside the introduction of Skill Space, a central hub for continuous learning and future-ready skills.
