Envirotainer, a provider of secure cold chain solutions for temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals, today announced the appointment of Aymeric Chandavoine as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

He will assume the role on 1 May 2026, succeeding Interim CEO Niklas Adamsson.

Chandavoine brings extensive international experience in logistics and supply chain leadership, with a strong track record of driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence in complex global organisations.

He joins Envirotainer from Maersk, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President & President, Europe of Maersk.

Prior to that, he held the role of Head of Global Logistics & Services, where he played a central role in expanding Maersk’s integrated logistics offering.

His appointment comes at a time of increasing pressure on pharmaceutical supply chains, driven by rapid growth in temperature sensitive biologics, heightened regulatory scrutiny, and increasingly complex global distribution networks.

Commenting on his appointment, Chandavoine said: “Pharmaceutical supply chains are becoming more complex and far less tolerant of disruption.

“As advanced therapies move across global networks, cold chain reliability is critical not only for efficiency, but for patient safety.

“Envirotainer is uniquely positioned to support this evolution, and I am excited to lead the company into its next phase of growth.”
