CEVA Logistics, a global leader in end-to-end supply chain management, has announced the phased global rollout of Manhattan Associates’ Active solutions across its contract logistics operations, marking a significant milestone in its digital transformation journey.
As part of its long-term innovation strategy, CEVA will deploy Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WMS) and Manhattan Active Order Management (OMS) to reinforce its future-ready technology stack and enhance the scalability, agility, and efficiency of its global operations.
Enhancing Agility and Customer Experience
CEVA manages over 11 million square meters of warehouse space across approximately 800 contract logistics sites worldwide. The integration of Manhattan’s cloud-native SaaS solutions will allow CEVA to handle large volumes seamlessly, with zero downtime, while improving onboarding efficiency for new customers and sites.
The advanced capabilities of Manhattan’s WMS and OMS will also provide greater visibility and control for CEVA customers through the MyCEVA portal, featuring self-service dashboards and real-time performance data.
The rollout will begin at select locations in North America and Europe, before expanding to other regions. Upon completion, more than half of CEVA’s contract logistics sites will operate on Manhattan’s platforms, with the remainder continuing on CEVA’s proprietary Matrix systems.
