Both executives were previously senior consultants at allivate and will now jointly lead the company’s operations and strategic development.
Within the management structure, Matthias Hupka will oversee IT, project management and product management. His responsibilities include the technical and strategic development of allivate’s FAIR@Link cargo community platform, as well as the integration of new digital modules and services.

Niklas Petri will be responsible for sales and the operational design of digitised and automated air cargo processes at allivate. His role includes driving market expansion, strategic growth, and the development of new services and business models.
An economist specialising in logistics and a qualified forwarding agent, Mr Petri combines commercial and operational expertise. His previous roles include a strong focus on air cargo at DB Schenker, followed by project management and strategic development positions at DB Cargo.
Both Managing Directors have identified process consulting and strategic expansion as joint priorities in their new roles.
Commenting on the appointments, Mr Hupka and Mr Petri said:
“Our unique strength lies in working closely with the air cargo community on digital transformation to achieve the best possible outcomes for the industry. We aim to transfer the highly successful Cargo Community System developed at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) to other airports.”
