Cargonet Appoints Andy Sullivan as Commercial Director
UK airfreight wholesaler Cargonet has promoted Andy Sullivan to the role of Commercial Director, as the company moves to strengthen its sales and commercial structure.
Sullivan joined the business in 2023 and has since led the development of its external sales function, helping to drive business growth and deepen customer relationships.
Expanded Commercial Leadership Role
In his new position, Sullivan will take full responsibility for Cargonet’s regional commercial activities while continuing to oversee the external sales team.
The company said the promotion also gives him a broader role in shaping commercial strategy and supporting day-to-day operations across the business.
Focus on Commercial Growth
Steve Landy, Managing Director of Cargonet, said Sullivan has made a strong impact since joining the company and that the promotion reflects both his contribution and the business’s continued focus on strengthening its commercial capabilities.
The appointment underlines Cargonet’s intention to reinforce its market position by investing in leadership and customer-facing functions as competition and demand continue to evolve in the airfreight sector.
