Geosky Airlines has taken delivery of its fourth Boeing 767-300BCF freighter, further expanding the Georgian carrier’s growing cargo fleet. The aircraft is the latest addition under a lease arranged by Dublin-based lessor Airborne Capital, which is currently remarketing several 767-300BCF aircraft.
The transaction marks the second lease agreement between Airborne Capital and Geosky Airlines, underscoring the ongoing collaboration between the two companies.
“We are delighted to announce this transaction and to cement our relationship with Geosky Airlines as a client partner,” said Cian Dooley, Founding Partner of Airborne Capital. “Market interest in these aircraft is strong and we look forward to the successful remarketing of the remaining B767-300BCF aircraft in due course.”
Tornike Kortoshidze, President of Geosky Airlines, emphasized that the airline’s growth continues to be driven by robust demand for cargo services. “Geosky Airlines’ business has been growing steadily in recent years and this additional unit underscores the strong demand for our services,” he said.
The Boeing 767-300BCF (Boeing Converted Freighter) is a popular mid-size cargo aircraft known for its reliability and efficiency on medium- to long-haul routes. With the addition of this aircraft, Geosky continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading air cargo operators in the Caucasus region, serving routes across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
