Share

Aviation Ground Handling Inc. (AGI), a leading provider of ramp and cargo warehouse services in Canada and the United States, has announced a strategic partnership with Atlantis Transportation Services / ACI Air Cargo. The collaboration aims to deliver an integrated, one-stop cargo solution that combines AGI’s airport infrastructure with Atlantis’s established North American trucking network.

Under the partnership, customers will benefit from a streamlined cargo handling and transportation service, with AGI’s network of airport facilities serving as drop stations for Atlantis’s trucking operations. This synergy is set to enhance domestic and cross-border logistics, offering greater efficiency and flexibility to airlines and freight forwarders.

Atlantis Transportation provides both Less-than-Truckload (LTL) and Full-Truckload (FTL) services to major U.S. cargo gateways—including Miami, Chicago, New York, and Newark—as well as dedicated lanes between Toronto and Montreal.

Jared Azcuy, CEO of AGI, said:

“We are excited to join forces with Atlantis / ACI Cargo to create a streamlined, one-stop solution for cargo handling and transport. This partnership ensures our partners receive the highest level of operational excellence and support.”

The announcement follows AGI’s recent cargo warehouse contract award at Toronto Pearson International Airport, further reinforcing its role in expanding cargo capabilities at key international hubs.

Sylvain Lacelle, Vice President of ACI Air Cargo, added:

“This partnership brings not only operational efficiency but also innovative cost-saving solutions. By combining ramp, cargo handling, and trucking under one umbrella, we offer customers a seamless experience with greater flexibility and reduced overhead.”

With this alliance, AGI and Atlantis are positioning themselves as a comprehensive logistics solution provider across North America, aiming to deliver enhanced service continuity from airport to final destination.
