Unilode Aviation Solutions has announced a strategic partnership with Vietjet Air, strengthening ULD management capabilities as the Vietnamese carrier continues its rapid expansion across Asia-Pacific and international markets.
As part of the agreement, Unilode will provide a fully integrated Unit Load Device (ULD) management solution designed to support Vietjet’s growth. The partnership focuses on improving operational efficiency, enhancing digital visibility, and providing access to the world’s largest global ULD pooling network.
Vietjet will benefit from optimised ULD availability across its network, ensuring the right equipment is positioned at the right location and time. This approach helps reduce asset imbalances while improving utilisation rates and lowering operational costs.
Unilode will also deliver round-the-clock ULD management services, supported by its global Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) network of certified repair stations. By carrying out repairs closer to where damage occurs, the partnership minimises unnecessary repositioning, reduces carbon emissions, and supports more sustainable cargo operations—while maximising aircraft payload availability.
In addition, Vietjet will gain access to Unilode’s digital ecosystem, including its Customer Portal, eULD mobile app, and real-time tracking technology. These tools provide enhanced asset visibility, actionable data insights, and streamlined workflows, enabling faster decision-making and improved ground handling performance.
