Awesome Cargo has taken delivery of its third converted Airbus A330-200P2F freighter as the airline continues expanding its international cargo operations.
The airline announced the arrival of the aircraft, registered XA-DUR, in a post on LinkedIn on 17 May.
“Today marks another defining milestone for Awesome Cargo,” the carrier said.
“Welcoming XA-DUR, our third fully converted Airbus A330-200P2F freighter.
“Every aircraft has a story. This one carries our DNA.”
The airline said the aircraft symbolised the company’s ongoing expansion strategy and growing presence across international freight markets.
“From the conversion lines in Dresden to our operations across the Americas and Asia, XA-DUR represents the continued evolution of Awesome Cargo and our commitment to building a world-class cargo airline from Mexico to the world,” the statement added.
The Airbus A330-200P2F is part of a growing segment of converted widebody freighters used by cargo airlines to meet rising demand for long-haul airfreight capacity.
Awesome Cargo has been expanding its network between Mexico, the Americas and Asia as it seeks to strengthen its position in the international cargo market.
