TransFollow, a provider of digital freight documentation and Italian logistics technology provider, TruckOne, have announced a partnership to support the adoption of electronic transport documentation across Italy.
The partnership will see TransFollow’s electronic consignment note (eCMR) solution made available through TruckOne, helping Italian transport and logistics companies reduce paperwork, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen compliance through legally recognised digital transport documentation.
The collaboration will provide Italian businesses with access to secure, interoperable eCMR capabilities that support faster information exchange and greater visibility across transport operations.
Moritz Rössler, Manager Sales International, TransFollow said: “Digital freight documentation is becoming an increasingly important part of modern transport operations, helping businesses improve efficiency while preparing for evolving regulatory requirements.
“TruckOne’s strong presence in the Italian market and understanding of local customer needs make them an ideal partner to support wider adoption of eCMR.
“Together, we can help transport companies simplify administrative processes, improve data quality, and unlock the benefits of connected digital workflows.”
Through the implementation of eCMR, customers can benefit from real-time proof of delivery (PoD), improved supply chain visibility, and more efficient communication between shippers, carriers, and consignees.
Gianni Maspero, Chief Executive Officer, TruckOne, said: “At TruckOne, we are constantly looking for ways to drive digital transformation in the logistics sector.
“TransFollow is a recognised leader in the eCMR and digital transport documentation market, so collaborating with them allows us to integrate a reliable, legally compliant, and highly efficient digital solution into our workflow, aligning perfectly with our commitment to sustainability and innovation.”
