SEKO Logistics has announced that David O. King, Senior Vice President of Commercial, has been elected to serve on the Airforwarders Association (AfA) Board of Directors for the 2025-2028 term.
King will work alongside fourteen other board members to further the AfA’s mission of advocating for the air forwarding industry.
The AfA represents a wide array of stakeholders, including indirect air carriers, cargo airlines, and businesses that support the global transportation ecosystem. Its mission is to promote and safeguard the interests of the air cargo supply chain.
Expressing his enthusiasm, King said, “I am honored to join the board and support the Association’s essential efforts to represent the air forwarding sector and unify stakeholders across the global supply chain. The AfA plays a pivotal role in ensuring the industry remains adaptable, resilient, and future-focused in tackling today’s challenges. I’m eager to bring my experience to this leadership position, fostering collaboration and driving strategic initiatives to strengthen the future of air forwarding.”
