MSC Air Cargo has named Nina Heinz as its new Service Delivery Director, reinforcing its commitment to enhancing customer experience and service quality. Based in Paris, Heinz brings a wealth of expertise in logistics and cold chain solutions as she returns to the airfreight sector after an eight-year hiatus.
Heinz previously held senior roles at Maersk in cold chain logistics and served as Global Head of Network & Quality, Temperature Management Solutions at DHL for over eight years. She also contributed her expertise to the European branch of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) as a steering committee member.
In a LinkedIn post dated April 7, Heinz expressed her excitement about the new role: “I am pleased to share that I have joined MSC Air Cargo as Service Delivery Director. After spending last week in Geneva with our dynamic team, I am settling into my new office and eager to return to my airfreight roots.”
