Etihad Cargo has announced the promotion of Arun Nair to Manager, Alliances & Partnerships, with his new Abu Dhabi-based role set to commence on 1 March.
Nair has been with Etihad Cargo since 2014, holding key roles in revenue management, charter sales, and product development.
He began his journey at the airline as a Capacity Control Officer – Revenue Management, focusing on flight capacity management before advancing to Charter Sales Analyst, where he oversaw cargo charter sales and flight setup coordination.
Most recently, Nair served as Product Development Manager for over three years, playing a pivotal role in enhancing Etihad Cargo’s service offerings.
Before joining Etihad, Nair gained experience in guest services and flight operations at AirAsia and worked in sales, reservations, and operations at Allied Aviation, a GSSA for Etihad Cargo at the time.
With a decade of experience at Etihad and extensive industry knowledge, Nair’s promotion highlights the airline’s commitment to strengthening its alliances and partnerships as it continues to expand its global cargo operations.
