Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) raised $364,000 during its annual charity golf series held across multiple locations this year.
The proceeds will benefit the ATSG Charitable Foundation, which focuses on supporting education, veterans, and wellness programs in the communities the company serves.
The golf tournaments took place at the Countryside Country Club in Tampa, Florida, as well as the Elks 797 Golf Club and Snow Hill Country Club in Wilmington, Ohio. Over 250 participants joined the events, which were backed by 68 sponsors representing companies from around the world.
Mike Berger, ATSG’s Chief Executive Officer, expressed gratitude for the collective effort, saying:
“We are fortunate to work with so many generous partners—customers, vendors, employees—without whom such a fantastic result would not be possible. I am proud that we are able to continue the excellent work being funded by the ATSG Charitable Foundation in the communities in which we operate.”
Sponsors who made the events possible included prominent companies such as AAR, Boeing, Airbus Americas, GE Aerospace, Delta Tech Ops, Lufthansa Technik, and many others. The wide-ranging support from the aviation industry underscores the strong partnerships that drive ATSG’s charitable initiatives.
The success of this year’s series highlights ATSG’s commitment to giving back to the communities it serves while fostering collaboration within the aviation sector.
