AeroNet has unveiled its latest advancement in air cargo equipment: the ETSO C90d Certified Air Cargo Pallet with a Removable Seat Track. This innovative design, developed from AeroNet’s two decades of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) expertise, aims to streamline ULD (Unit Load Device) maintenance while delivering substantial savings in both time and costs.
Recognizing the high costs and extensive downtime typically associated with pallet repairs, AeroNet’s removable Seat Track design addresses these challenges by allowing only the damaged section to be replaced, avoiding the need to replace the entire base extrusion. By removing just three rivets, operators can quickly replace the Seat Track while keeping the original base intact, slashing repair time to five minutes compared to the traditional 45-minute full base replacement.
Additionally, the new design offers a simplified corner part replacement process, requiring just a single screw rather than multiple rivets, further reducing repair complexity and turnaround time (TAT). This approach minimizes operational disruptions and enhances productivity by enabling faster maintenance and reduced downtime for air cargo operators and MRO facilities.
With this launch, AeroNet continues to demonstrate its commitment to safety, efficiency, and long-term cost savings, empowering air cargo operators to maintain high productivity levels with minimal maintenance delays.
